Chicken Kuruma


Ingredients 

1.Chicken  - 500 gms

2.Onion (finely chopped) - 2 nos

3.Tomato - 3 nos

4.Ginger Garlic Paste– 3 tsp

5.Curd - 4 Tsp

6.Salt to Taste

Masala Powder (Roast & Grind):

1.Red Chilli – 10

2.Corriander Seeds – 2 tsp.

3.Cumin Seeds – 2 tsp

4.Pepper – 1 tsp

5.Cinnamon - 2

6.Cloves - 2

7.Cardamom – 2

8.Fennel Seeds – 1

9.Poppy Seeds – 1

10.Curry Leaves – 8

To Grind:

1.Grated Fresh Coconut – 1 cup

2.Cashew Nuts – 8

3.Mint Leaves – 7

To Garnish:

1.Oil - 2tsp

2.Curry Leaves - 6

3.Green Chilli – 3

4.Cinnamon - 1

5.Cloves – 1

6.Corriander Leaves

Directions to cook :

1.Cut chicken into medium sized pieces and wash well.

2.Heat the Cooker add 3 spoon oil or butter.

3.Add Ginger Garlic paste, Curry Leaves,Onion saute onions till transparent.

4.Add Tomato puree fry for few minutes then add Chicken,grinded Coconut & Cashew & Mint leaves,Masala Powder,Curd and Water as needed.

5.Cover and cook with the weight on, until you hear 4-5 whistles.

6.Atlast Garnish with Garnish Ingredients then pour this into our Kuruma serve hot with Chapati or Rice.
