Dry Chicken


Ingredients 

1.Chicken  - 500 gms

2.Turmeric Powder – 3 tsp

3.Ginger Garlic Paste– 3 tsp

4.Onion (finely chopped) - 2 nos

5.Tomato (Puree) - 3 nos

6.Curd – 1/2 cup

7.Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp

8.Curry Leaves – 10

9.Corriander Leaves

8.Salt to Taste


Masala Powder (Roast & Grind): 

1.Red Chilli – 10

2.Corriander Seeds – 1 tsp.

3.Cumin Seeds – 2 tsp

4.Pepper – 2 tsp

5.Cinnamon - 2

6.Cloves - 2

7.Cardamom – 2

8.Fennel Seeds – 1

Directions to cook : 

1.Cut chicken into medium sized pieces and wash well.

2.Soak Chicken with Ginger Garlic Paste,Salt,Turmeric Powder,Curd for 1 hour.

3.Heat the pan add the above Chicken along with Tomato Puree & Masala Powder.

4.After Chicken cooked well with those Masalas keep it separate.

5.Heat the pan with 3 tsp oil  then add Curry Leaves,Fennel Seeds,Onion fry for sometimes.

6.Add this onion into Chicken Masala heat for sometime finally garnish with corriander leaves serve hot.
