Chicken Soup


Ingredients 

1.Chicken  - 100 gms

2.Small Onion (crushed) – 1 cup

3.Tomato - 3 nos

4.Ginger Garlic Paste– 3 tsp

5.Cinnamon – 2

6.Cloves - 2

7.Cardamom – 2

8.Curry Leaves – 6

9.Thoor Dhal Boiled Water

10.Turmeric Powder – 2 tsp

11.Corriander Leaves

12.Salt to Taste

 

To Roast & Grind: 

1.Coriander Seeds - 2tsp

2.Rred Chilllies - 6

3.Peppercorns – 2 tsp

4. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp

5.Cumin Seeds - 1tsp

6.Fenugreek  Seeds – 1 tsp

7. Asafetida

8. curry leaves - 5

 

Directions to cook : 

1.Heat the pan with butter & oil  then add Ginger Garlic Paste,Curry Leaves,Clove,Cinnamon,Cardamom ,Onion, along with Chicken.

2.Fry for sometime then add Tomato Puree.

3.Saute for few seconds then add Grinded Powder & Thoor Dhal Water ,Turmeric Powder add water & salt as required.

4.Boil for few minutes & Garnish with Corriander Leaves & serve hot.
